Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year RN experience; Home Health experience preferred.
• Valid PA RN license and BLS/CPR certification required.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide Home Health nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Coordinate with care teams and implement patient care plans.
• Travel to patient locations and manage on-call shifts.
• Participate in onboarding and complete the 6‑week RN onboarding program.

Education & Experience

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• 1+ year of experience as a Registered Nurse (Home Health experience preferred)

Licensure & Certifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (PA)
• ANY of the following valid certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)

Additional Requirements

• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Active Auto Insurance

Preferred

• RN License Number (for verification and expedited processing)
