Job summary

Purposelink Recruitment has a Western Pennsylvania home health RN opening. You will provide high-quality in-home nursing care, travel to patient homes, and operate under a Pay‑Per‑Visit model with a $10K quarterly bonus. Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive onboarding support are offered.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree in Nursing, PA RN license with BLS/CPR certification, and 1+ year of RN Home Health experience. Travel is required and benefits are included.

Overview

Our client is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (Home Health) to join their growing team in Western Pennsylvania. In this role, you will provide high‑quality Home Health care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet ALL of the following:

Education & Experience

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• 1+ year of experience as a Registered Nurse (Home Health experience preferred)

Licensure & Certifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
• ANY of the following valid certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)

Additional Requirements

• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Active Auto Insurance
• Comfortable with the required travel for this position

Schedule

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 1 on‑call shift per week (5 PM–10 PM)
• 1 weekend per month
• 2 holidays per year
