Job summary

Purposelink Recruitment seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (Home Health) to deliver high-quality in-home care in South Park, PA. You will join a growing team and provide patient-centered services in patients' homes with a Monday–Friday routine.

The role offers a Pay-Per-Visit model, a $10K quarterly bonus, travel reimbursement, full benefits (Health, Dental, Vision), and a 6-week onboarding program designed to support onboarding and integration into the team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• 1+ year of RN experience (Home Health experience preferred)
• PA RN license (PA)
• AHA BLS or ACLS certifications
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Home Health care to patients in their homes.
• Operate with autonomy and build meaningful patient relationships.
• Embrace a Monday–Friday schedule with full-time hours.
• Travel position with reimbursement provided and comprehensive onboarding.

Qualifications – Required

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• 1+ year of experience as a Registered Nurse (Home Health experience preferred)
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (PA)
• ANY of the following valid certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Active Auto Insurance
