Job summary

Purposelink Recruitment is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (Home Health) to deliver patient-focused care across Western Pennsylvania. This role involves visiting patients in their homes, coordinating with families, and maintaining accurate documentation.

You will work with autonomy and develop meaningful patient relationships within a Monday–Friday schedule. The position uses a Pay-Per-Visit compensation model and includes a $10K quarterly bonus, travel reimbursement, and comprehensive

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in Nursing.
1+ year of RN experience (Home Health preferred).
Valid PA RN license.
BLS or CPR certification (AHA).
Driver's license, reliable transportation and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality home health care to patients in their own homes.
Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule with autonomy and meaningful patient relationships.
Travel to patient homes; travel reimbursement provided.
Participate in a comprehensive onboarding and benefits program.

Registered Nurse (Home Health) – Western Pennsylvania | Pay‑Per‑Visit | $10K Quarterly Bonus

Qualifications – Required

Associate degree or higher in Nursing
1+ year of experience as a Registered Nurse (Home Health experience preferred)
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (PA)
ANY of the following valid certifications:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Active Auto Insurance
