Job summary

Height Talent Solutions is hiring full-time Registered Nurses for a growing home health organization in Western Pennsylvania. You will provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule and mileage reimbursement for local travel.

This entry point into home health includes a strong onboarding program and a $10K bonus for the right candidate. Hospital experience is a plus for this community-based role.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Associate degree or higher in Nursing.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience; Med/Surg, Telemetry, or ER backgrounds preferred.
• BLS/AHA certification (assistance available if needed).
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients in your assigned territory.
• Develop and manage individualized patient care plans alongside the clinical team.
• Complete documentation using electronic medical records (HomeCare HomeBase).
• Travel locally to patient homes within your service area (mileage reimbursement provided).
• Manage one on-call shift per week (5p–10p) and one weekend per month.
