CentraCare Health seeks a skilled Registered Nurse for Home Health in Waite Park, MN. In this float role, you will deliver patient-centered care across CentraCare's service area, including St. Cloud and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, wound care, infusion therapy, and care coordination with patient education. Onboarding is provided with full-time schedule and a $3,500 hiring bonus, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Minnesota RN license.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider card required.
• Reliable transportation and valid MN driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive home health assessments.
• Provide wound care and infusion therapy as prescribed.
• Coordinate care and educate patients and families about new diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Document care in CentraCare systems and collaborate with office staff.

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. In this float role, you'll make a meaningful impact across multiple communities while delivering high-quality care to patients throughout CentraCare's service area, including St. Cloud, Buffalo, Alexandria, Little Falls and surrounding locations.

Common responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, wound care, infusion therapy, care coordination and patient and family education related to new diagnoses and treatment plans. You'll receive extensive onboarding, ongoing education and dedicated RN office support while providing care in the field.

Schedule:

• Full-time | 60 hours every two weeks
• Every 4 th Saturday and one holiday per year
  

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay based on experience and degree
  • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $41.46 per hour
  • Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $42.90 per hour
  • Master’s in nursing starting at $44.33 per hour
    • Pay range: $41.46 - $69.18 per hour
• Milage reimbursement and extra pay for working weekend shifts
• $3,500 hiring bonus for eligible candidates

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required
• Current Minnesota Registered Nurse license required
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
• Reliable transportation required
• Valid Minnesota driver’s license, a driving record in good standing, and insurance liability coverage meeting CentraCare’s standards required
• Minimum of one year of RN experience
  

Based out of our office in Marketplace Mall in Waite Park, the Home Health department primarily takes place in the communities we serve, in the homes of our patients. Our staff provides services not just for St. Cloud but our surrounding areas as well including Buffalo, Alexandria, Little Falls and more.

To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who has not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months. CentraCare pay promotions to include but not limited to, hiring bonuses may be discontinued at any time due to business needs.
