Qualifications

• Must perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and walking for extended periods.

Registered Nurse (RN) - Primarily Home Health with some Hospice Signature Home Health & Hospice | Bend, Oregon

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse plans, coordinates, and delivers quality home health and hospice care to patients in their homes. This role is responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, providing skilled nursing services, educating patients and families, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
