Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an active RN license.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Two years of nursing experience preferred, especially home health or hospice.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
• Must perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver in-home home health and hospice nursing care.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing services and educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Serve Bend, OR and surrounding communities.
