Signature Eugene Hospice in Eugene is seeking an experienced RN to provide hospice care in patients' homes, with weekend shifts. This role offers $52–$55 per hour plus mileage reimbursement and a supportive team dedicated to patient- and family-centered care.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, care planning, symptom management, and coordination with physicians and the hospice team. Oregon RN license and CPR are required, with 2+ years of nursing experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Current Oregon RN license.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; hospice, home health, or public health experience preferred.
• Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills.
• Hospice experience strongly preferred.

Weekend Hospice RN – Signature Eugene Hospice Eugene Area | Saturday & Sunday Shifts 8 or 10 hour shifts available $52-$55/hr + Mileage Reimbursement Join our compassionate hospice team and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled hospice care in patients' homes while supporting families through end-of-life care.
