Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide in-home health care for patients in Plano, TX. You will perform initial and ongoing assessments, follow care plans, and collaborate with physicians.

Requires active RN license, 1+ year of clinical experience, familiarity with HIPAA, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to travel between patient homes. Home Health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.

Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations
