Job summary

Compassus is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients in their homes, promoting recovery and independence. You’ll educate patients and families, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and provide clinical oversight to ensure quality care.

Requirements include an active RN license in the state, at least two years of RN experience (home health preferred), a valid driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS certification. Flexible scheduling and supportive culture are highlighted.
