Job summary

Ascension at Home, together with Compassus, seeks a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support patient recovery at home and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. The role requires an active RN license in the state, 2+ years of nursing experience (home health preferred), a valid driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS certification.
