Job summary

Ascension at Home together with Compassus is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients who prefer to recover at home, empower families, and provide clinical oversight to the interdisciplinary team.

An active RN license in the state, at least two years of RN experience (home health preferred), CPR/BCLS certification, and a valid driver’s license are required. We offer flexible scheduling, strong benefits, and a compassionate, inclusive culture.
