Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support patient recovery at home and educate families on disease management. This role involves case management and clinical oversight of the interdisciplinary team.

You will be licensed as an RN in the state of practice, with at least two years of nursing experience, preferably in home health, and current CPR/BCLS certification.
