Compassus is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse to support patients recovering at home in Missouri. The role emphasizes educated, compassionate care enabling patients to spend meaningful time with family and maintain independence in daily activities.

You will provide disease management education, case management, and clinical oversight to an interdisciplinary team, ensuring safe, effective home-based care within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, home health experience preferred
• Current driver's license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
