Job summary

Soap Creek Resources seeks an Registered Nurse in Oakdale, MN to perform comprehensive nursing assessments and contribute to coordinated care plans. You will deliver wound care, IV therapy, and medication management, while educating patients and families to support recovery and well-being.

You will supervise LPNs/LVNs and health aides, respond to urgent needs, and participate in admissions/on-call duties. Accurate documentation and compassionate care are essential to this role.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in the state of operation.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Nursing not required, but graduation from an approved nursing program is expected.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience required.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.
