Job summary

KLA Industries, Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse in Oakdale, Minnesota to perform comprehensive nursing assessments addressing physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual needs, and to collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans.

You will supervise LPNs/LVNs and home health aides, provide skilled interventions, ensure accurate clinical records, participate in admissions/on-call, respond to urgent needs, and travel to all company

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and licensed to practice as an RN in the state of operation.
• One (1) year experience as an RN.

• Ensure accurate, compliant clinical records and high-quality, compassionate care delivery.

Qualifications:

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.
