Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. seeks an experienced Registered Nurse in Oakdale, MN to provide comprehensive nursing care across physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.

You will perform assessments, implement personalized care plans with the interdisciplinary team, manage medications and IV therapy, and educate patients and families. You'll supervise LPNs/LVNs and home health aides, participate in admissions and on-call rotations, and ensure accurate clinical documentation while delivering

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.
• One (1) year experience as a RN.

Responsibilities
