The Recruiting Hive in Oakdale, MN seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive nursing care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include assessments, wound care, IV therapy, medication management, patient and family education, supervision of LPNs/LVNs, and ensuring accurate documentation and high-quality care. Travel to all locations may be required as needed.

Formación

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.
• One (1) year experience as a RN.

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments addressing physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing interventions including wound care, medication management, IV therapy, symptom/pain control, and patient/family education.
• Deliver emotional support and education to patients and caregivers based on individual needs.
• Supervise LPNs/LVNs and home health aides while coordinating care activities and documentation.
• Respond to urgent needs, participate in admissions/on-call, and adjust plans based on ongoing monitoring.
• Ensure accurate, compliant clinical records and high-quality, compassionate care delivery.

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.
