Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Oakdale facility. The role involves comprehensive patient assessments, care planning with the interdisciplinary team, and delivering skilled nursing interventions with emphasis on wound care, IV therapy, and symptom management.

You will supervise LPNs/LVNs and aides, participate in admissions and on-call duties, and ensure accurate clinical records. Compassionate, patient-centered care is essential across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing.
• Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of operation.
• One year of RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments addressing physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.
