Job summary

Zaddy Solutions in Oakdale, Minnesota seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to perform comprehensive nursing assessments and coordinate personalized care plans. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, manage wound care, medications, IV therapy, and educate patients and families.

You will supervise LPNs/LVNs and home health aides, respond to urgent needs, participate in admissions and on-call duties, and maintain accurate records while delivering compassionate care across all visits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of operation.
• One (1) year experience as an RN.
• Must possess and maintain CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile insured and able to travel to all business locations.
