Job summary

Saint Agnes Home Health and Hospice in Fresno, CA, seeks an in-home Registered Nurse to deliver skilled nursing care with personalized care plans. This role involves medication administration, patient education, and coordination with the care team to support recovery at home.

You will work a Day Shift in a home health setting, with a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. A California RN license and 1 year of nursing experience are required, with BSN preferred and a valid driver's license.

What You’ll Do

Physical & Mental Requirements
