Job summary

Sentara Health's Home Care Williamsburg unit in Williamsburg, VA is seeking an RN to join our weekend day shift team. This full-time role involves coordinating patient care, developing plans of care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless home health services.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's Degree in Nursing, Virginia RN licensure, BLS certification within 90 days, and at least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home care.

Overview: Sentara Home Care Williamsburg is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as an RN.

Job Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates plans of care for specific patient populations
• Manages a patient case load through coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care
• Possesses clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas

Qualifications

• Education Associate's Degree (Required)
• Certification/Licensure RN (Required) - Active in Virginia
• BLS (Required within 90 days)
• Experience Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (required)
• Previous Home Care experience (Preferred)

Compensation

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $87,214.40 - $126,900.80 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full‑time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
