Qualifications

• Current BLS required.
• ADN is required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Constructs and implements the plan of care using nursing knowledge and skill; coordinates with interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinates the interdisciplinary plan of care, develops goals, treatment plans, and discharge plans.
