Job summary

St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Enid, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse for the RN-Med Surg, full-time night shift. The RN delivers patient care, assesses needs, develops and evaluates care plans, and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

Requirements include Oklahoma RN licensure, ADN, BLS, ALS within 3 months, NIH Stroke Scale certification within 90 days, and basic computer skills. Competitive benefits and opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure from the State of Oklahoma required.
• ADN required, BSN preferred.
• Current BLS required.
• ALS required within 3 months of employment.
• Experience preferred.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certified within 90 days of hire.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Involves the patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, population specific, and diversity needs in care assessment.
• Constructs and implements the plan of care using nursing knowledge and skill; integrates direct and indirect care related to diagnosis and co-morbidities.
• Coordinates the interdisciplinary plan of care for assigned patients.
• Develops goals, treatment and discharge plans meeting patient/family needs.
• Collaborates with the patient’s care partner to meet educational, physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
