Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Winter Garden is seeking aRegistered Nurse (RN) to deliver, coordinate, and supervise patient care on the nursing unit. You will contribute to discharge planning, patient and family education, and collaboration with the care team.

The position requires active RN licensure in Florida (or compact), current BLS, and ACLS within 90 days. Prior inpatient med-surg experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth within PAM Health.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state or compact licensure.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification is required within 90 days of employment.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise nursing care to patients admitted to the nursing unit.
• Plan, coordinate and provide patient care including discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families for post-hospitalization and assess community resources.
• May perform Charge Nurse duties; ACLS certification required for Charge Nurses.
