Job summary

Genesiscareers is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting. Under the direction of the Nurse Supervisor, Unit Manager, or Nurse Executive, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and develop care plans while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN or BSN, is licensed to practice in the state, and has BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with ADN or BSN.
• Active RN license in the state with no encumbrances.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term, post-acute, rehabilitative, or geriatric care preferred.
• Clear English communication for documentation and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments and monitor patient responses.
• Lead and delegate care to LPNs and CNAs as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate real-time documentation using PCC EHR.
