North Park Care Community in Brook Park, Ohio, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care, administer medications, perform wound care, and supervise STNAs in delivering high-quality resident care.

You will develop and evaluate individualized care plans with input from the care team, conduct daily rounds, document thoroughly, participate in quality improvement, and communicate clearly with residents, families, and other providers to ensure coordinated, respectful

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Ohio.
• Ability to provide age-appropriate nursing care.
• Strong English reading/writing/speaking skills.
• Team player who supports colleagues and maintains professionalism.
• Ability to make independent clinical decisions when required.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and regulations in long-term care.
• Leadership and supervisory ability to collaborate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and administer medications.
• Supervise and direct STNAs to ensure high-quality care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident health and identify improvements.
• Administer treatments and therapies as ordered.
• Monitor conditions and report changes to Nurse Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate resident records and progress notes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other health professionals.
