Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation in Cumberland, RI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care under the direction of the Nurse Supervisor, Unit Manager, or Nurse Executive. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and collaborate with physicians and families while maintaining PCC documentation and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
Active RN license in the state.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Experience in long-term care, post-acute, rehabilitative, or geriatric nursing preferred, strong clinical foundation accepted.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

Deliver efficient, high-quality nursing care under supervision.
Supervise and delegate to LPNs and CNAs.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for care planning and safe discharge.
Maintain real-time clinical documentation and adherence to HIPAA and safety protocols.
Mentor and onboard new nursing staff.
Utilize PCC EHR for documentation and care coordination.
