Job summary

Laurelwood Community Living Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time day shift from 7am to 7pm. This role delivers patient care, administers medications, performs treatments and ADL support in line with physician orders and facility protocols.

RNs maintain accurate records, participate in rounds, and collaborate with residents, families, doctors and supervisors to ensure high-quality care and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• BLS license required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and deliver care including medication administration, treatments, ADL care per physician plan of care and scope of practice
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure quality care
• Communicate with residents, family members, physicians and supervisor regarding resident status
• Maintain up-to-date medical records during tour of duty on the assigned unit
