Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver, direct, and supervise patient care on the nursing unit under leadership. The nurse will plan and coordinate care, discharge planning, and patient/family teaching for post-hospitalization, accessing community resources, and may take Charge Nurse duties with ACLS required.

One year inpatient medical-surgical experience is preferred; ACLS is required from day one for specific roles.

Qualifications

• RN License in the state you are applying.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification is preferred initially and required after 90 days of employment.
• ACLS is REQUIRED from day 1 for all Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise patient care using the nursing process on the unit.
• Plan, coordinate, and provide patient care including discharge planning and teaching.
• May perform Charge Nurse duties; ACLS certification is required for those roles.
