Job summary

PAM Health in Fargo, ND is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our inpatient care team. The RN will deliver and coordinate patient care, support discharge planning, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Under the direction of senior nursing leadership, the RN ensures high-quality care, maintains ACLS/BLS standards, and participates in patient/family teaching. This role offers growth opportunities within PAM Health and a collaborative, patient-centered

Qualifications

• Holds a current licensure as an RN in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Evidence of ACLS certification is required within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS certification must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
• Current ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process while delivering, directing and supervising care to patients admitted to the nursing unit.
• Plan, coordinate, and provide patient care including interdisciplinary planning and discharge planning.
• Provide patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization and accessing community resources.
• May perform other related duties as assigned, including Charge Nurse (ACLS certification required).
