Job summary

Bronson Cancer Center in Battle Creek is hiring a Registered Nurse for full-time, 80 hours per pay period. The RN provides comprehensive patient care, coordinates with a multidisciplinary team, and adheres to nursing standards. AAS in Nursing is required; BSN preferred with an 8-year window to obtain.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred, must obtain within 8 years of hire.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing for Michigan.
• BSN required within 8 years of hire for certain locations.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage care delivery for patients from admission to discharge.
• Coordinate care with other professionals and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Document patient responses, resources used, and anticipated needs during shifts.
• Administer medications and treatments per nursing standards.
• Maintain standards of professional performance and patient advocacy.
• Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
