Job summary

Plan A Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Regional Float Pool, delivering individualized adult and geriatric care across multiple facilities within a regional footprint.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, floating between Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Comprehensive benefits apply from day one.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state or with a compact license.
• Minimum one year recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ICU and other specialties.
• Certifications such as BLS; ACLS for critical care roles.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and turn patients.
