Seacrest Behavioral Health is seeking a qualified nurse to provide direct patient care across ICU, ED, and Medsurg units within our comprehensive health system.
You will implement and monitor patient care plans, document patient conditions, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and follow physician and nursing orders while maintaining strong clinical assessment and communication skills. Shifts include days and nights, with opportunities for professional development.
Provide direct nursing care in a dynamic healthcare environment, adhering to organizational policies and protocols.
Implement and monitor patient care plans, document and communicate patient conditions, coordinate multidisciplinary care, execute physician and nursing orders, and assess patient needs with the healthcare team.
Must hold an active nursing license and BLS certification within 30 days of hire. A diploma from an accredited nursing program and at least one year of nursing experience are required.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
