Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care across ICU, Emergency Department, and Medical Telemetry units within a Magnet-recognized hospital system in Belleville, IL.

You will develop and implement individualized care plans and educate patients and families on illness management and post-treatment needs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of acute care experience required.
• RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in ICU, Emergency Department, or Telemetry is preferred.
• Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (PALS for ED) are advantageous.
• Strong IV therapy skills and telemetry interpretation experience are preferred.

Responsibilities
