Job summary

Florida Rehabilitation Hospital at Tampa seeks a Registered Nurse to join our new facility. Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process in collaboration with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff.

Minimum qualifications include current state RN licensure and BLS; inpatient rehab experience preferred. You will participate in discharge planning and communicate changes with physicians and the team, contributing to a supportive, patient‑centered

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross is required.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Evaluation).

Florida Rehabilitation Hospital at Tampa located at Woodstork and Temple Terrace is opening February 2025. Join our team to work in a beautiful new hospital with 60 private patient rooms and 2 rehab therapy gyms with cutting-edge technology.

Position Summary:
Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Communicates changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate. Participates in discharge planning process.
Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
Minimum Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable

Desired Experience:

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
