Job summary

Florida Rehabilitation Hospital at Tampa, opening February 2025, seeks a Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and coordinate patient care in a modern rehab setting. You will assess patient needs, provide nursing care, and help plan unit training and educational activities.

Minimum qualifications include RN licensure, BLS certification, and a plan to obtain CRRN; inpatient rehab experience and supervisory background are desirable.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross is required (online cert not acceptable).
• CRRN or plan to obtain when qualified.

Florida Rehabilitation Hospital at Tampa located at Woodstork and Temple Terrace is opening February 2025. Join our team to work in a beautiful new hospital with 60 private patient rooms and 2 rehab therapy gyms with cutting-edge technology.

Position Summary:

Supervises nursing staff, assesses patients needs and provides nursing care for patients. Plans and organizes training for unit staff members, and participates in guidance and educational programs.

Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.
• CRRN or written plan to obtain when qualified

Desired Qualifications:

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
• Previous supervisory experience
