Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for travel staffing opportunities to serve underserved communities.

You will employ the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, coordinating with physicians to optimize care plans. The role requires an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license, and at least one year of nursing experience (including six months travel).

Qualifications

• RN license in practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience, including at least six months of travel experience.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized patient care using the nursing process.

• Ability to meet department-specific competencies and certifications.
