Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for travel assignments to serve underserved communities.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process to deliver personalized care and collaborating with healthcare teams to plan and evaluate patient care. The role requires an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license, and at least one year of nursing plus six months of travel experience, with residency at least 60 miles from the assigned location.

• Unencumbered RN license valid in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.
• Residency at least 60 miles from the assigned location.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver personalized patient care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Provide care across all phases: prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
• Coordinate care, conduct patient assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions.
• Practice within nursing standards and adhere to legal and ethical guidelines.
