Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking Registered Nurses for travel assignments across underserved communities. You will provide patient-centered care using the nursing process and collaborate with physicians to optimize outcomes.

Contracts run for 14 weeks with options to extend or transfer to other sites. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life, 401(k), and paid time off are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Hold an active RN license in practicing state or multistate licensure (NLC).
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience and 6 months travel experience.
• Residency within 60 miles of facility location.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional team.
• Deliver care across preventive, maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
• Plan, coordinate and educate; perform nursing interventions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Nurse Practice Act and professional codes.

Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful impact in healthcare, especially in underserved communities, through travel staffing opportunities.

Responsibilities Include

• Utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborating with inter-professional colleagues, such as physicians, to coordinate and evaluate care.
• Delivering care across all phases—preventive, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up—based on patient needs.
• Planning and coordinating care, conducting patient assessments, providing education, triage, and performing various nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the scope and standards outlined by the Nurse Practice Act and professional nursing codes.

Qualifications And Skills

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Hold an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.
• Residency at least 60 miles from the facility location.
• Maintain required competencies and certifications.
