Northern Nevada Health System in Reno, NV seeks a Float Pool Registered Nurse for the Rehab/Behavioral Health unit. Per diem with a flexible schedule enables care across departments while maintaining patient focus.

The nurse will provide direct/indirect patient care, communicate changes in condition with physicians, and float to Med/Surg/Tele as needed. NV license and BLS required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of acute care experience.
• Current NV nursing license.
• Current BLS certificate.

• Provides direct patient care, evaluates outcomes, consults with other specialists as required and adjusts nursing care processes.

Float Pool Registered Nurse for the Rehab/Behavioral Health Unit

opportunity is per diem and offers a convenient flexible schedule. This dynamic individual will help provide direct and indirect patient care to our patients with compassion and respect. You will communicate with physicians about changes in patients clinical condition. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision. Must be willing to float to the Med/Surg/Tele units.

Minimum/Preferred Requirements

• At least two years of acute care experience
