Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience.
• Current NV nursing license.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates supportive behaviors for bedside report using IMAP & SBAR with patient involvement.
• Direct patient care, evaluates outcomes, consults with specialists and adjusts care as needed.
• Ability to perform head-to-toe assessments and reassessments for pediatric, adolescent and geriatric patients.
• Assess and reassess pain; educate patients and families on pain management.
