CentraCare Rice Memorial Hospital is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Float Pool. As a Float Pool RN, you will work across multiple units, gaining a broad range of clinical experiences while contributing to exceptional patient care.

Openings include full-time roles with 60 or 72 hours every two weeks, night or day shifts, and varied 12-hour shifts. Eligible for hiring and relocation bonuses, with comprehensive benefits and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
• Current Minnesota RN License required.
• BSN or MSN preferred.
• BSN or higher required within 36 months of being hired.
• Previous nursing experience is preferred.
• Current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider card required.

Job description

CentraCare invites passionate Registered Nurses to join our dynamic Float Pool team. As a Float Pool RN, you will work in various units across the hospital. Current openings (subject to change):

• - Full-time | 60 or 72 hours every two weeks | Night shift | 12-hr shifts | 7pm-7:30am
• - Full-time | 60 or 72 hours every two weeks | Day/evening | 8 and 12-hr shifts | 3-11:30pm and 7am-7:30pm
• - Every third weekend | Holidays per unit policy

Pay and Benefits

• - Pay based on experience and degree Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour
• - Bachelor's in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour
• - Master's in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour
• - Pay range: $42.86-71.51 per hour
• - Earn extra pay for working evening/night/weekend shifts

To be eligible for the hiring bonus, you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

To be eligible for the relocation assistance, you must accept a full time or part time benefited position and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. You must currently reside more than 50 miles away from the St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it with 120 days of employment.
