Qualifications

Job Description

Lead the charge in delivering exceptional, compassionate patient care on the Progressive Care Unit. You'll leverage the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to craft individualized care plans, guide your team, and drive meaningful patient outcomes. • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. Health care provider certification (BLS)
