Lead the charge in delivering exceptional, compassionate patient care on the Progressive Care Unit. You'll leverage the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to craft individualized care plans, guide your team, and drive meaningful patient outcomes. Partner with the healthcare team to communicate critical patient and family information, champion solutions that keep patients on track with their goals, and ensure every intervention makes a real difference in patient recovery and satisfaction.
