Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a leading healthcare network in Ohio. This role requires current RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS within 6 months for step-down/ICU areas.

You will assess patients, develop personalized care plans, and deliver evidence-based nursing care in a dynamic hospital setting. Ideal candidates will document care accurately in EMR, participate in performance improvement, and collaborate with the healthcare team to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• BLS required before patient contact.
• ACLS required within 6 months for step-down and ICU areas.
• Unit-specific certifications may be required.
• Commitment to continuous learning and accurate EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients: Evaluate physical, emotional, spiritual, and educational needs with the healthcare team.
• Develop care plans: Create personalized plans prioritizing patient needs and goals.
• Deliver patient care: Provide evidence-based care, educate patients and families, follow hospital policies.
• Evaluate outcomes: Monitor responses and adjust care based on outcomes and evidence-based practices.
• Drive improvement: Support Performance Improvement initiatives with Clinical Manager.
• Promote High Reliability: Apply High Reliability principles to improve care and operations.
• Lead and mentor: Motivate, educate, and mentor peers while managing patient care.
• Document care: Record nursing process, plan of care, and patient responses in EMR.
• Maintain compliance: Follow policies and complete required training.
