Job summary

Quality Talent Group is supporting a premier Cincinnati-area healthcare network in recruiting a Registered Nurse. This role offers flexible full-time and part-time schedules within a long-standing clinical leadership framework.

You will assess patients, develop personalized care plans, and deliver evidence-based care while documenting in the EMR and contributing to improvement initiatives with leadership support.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• BLS certification required before patient contact.
• ACLS required within 6 months for step-down and ICU areas.
• Unit-specific certifications may be required; EMR documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to evaluate needs with the healthcare team.
• Develop care plans with patients and families, prioritizing goals.
• Deliver evidence-based patient care and educate families.
• Document the nursing process and patient responses in EMR.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust care per evidence-based practices.
• Support performance improvement initiatives with Clinical Manager.
• Promote High Reliability to improve care and operations.
• Lead and mentor peers while managing patient care.
