Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• BLS certification required before patient contact.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months for step-down and ICU areas.
• Unit-specific certifications may be required.
• Commitment to continuous learning and accurate EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, spiritual, and educational needs.
• Develop care plans with patients and families.
• Deliver evidence-based patient care and educate families.
• Evaluate outcomes and adjust care based on data.
• Drive improvement with the Clinical Manager on Performance initiatives.
• Promote High Reliability to improve patient care and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor peers while managing patient care.
• Document care and updates in the EMR.
• Maintain compliance with policies and required trainings.
