Community Health Resources (CHR) is seeking a Registered Nurse for Roots to Recovery in Willimantic, CT. This per diem role supports a 24/7 residential treatment program for men, providing nursing assessments, direct client care, and health/wellness interventions in a structured setting.

The RN must hold CT licensure and CPR/First Aid certification, with experience in substance use and mental health disorders. Per diem compensation is $40.00/hr and benefits are included for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in CT is required.
• Experience with patients with substance use and mental health disorders preferred.
• Experience in a managed care environment is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct services to clients in 24/7 residential setting.
• Maintains a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Documents interventions and observations accurately.
• Participates in treatment planning meetings and care coordination.
• Transports clients within the program as needed.
• Develops health and wellness initiatives for identified patients.
